14-day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within fourteen calendar days from delivery, in accordance with applicable law, provided that the product is returned in the required condition.
Return Conditions
Returned products should be complete, unused to the extent necessary for inspection, and include packaging and accompanying materials, unless the issue concerns a defect or delivery problem.
Non-returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for goods made to customer specifications, sealed products that have been unsealed where legal exceptions apply, or items that cannot be returned for hygiene or technical adaptation reasons.
Refund Processing
After inspection and acceptance of the return, refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible or another lawful method agreed with the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect order execution, defective product or any fault attributable to the business.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so that the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
